'Weekend' Getaway

Mike's weekend is sunday through Tuesday. Sunday evening we were talking about what we wanted to do for the 'weekend' and came up with our spontaneous get-away. We headed NORTH!
Our Trip via Photos...
Lofthouse Cookie Factory Outlet in Ogden

Smith and Edwards
(It now reminds me of my childhood visits to Allied on 6400 So. and State.)

(It was actually quite interest!)
Replica of the Jupiter Engine at the Engine House

Mike reading the plaque where the 'golden spike' was driven!

It was a beautiful Winter Day, blue sky and very few clouds!

Dinner at a Mexican Restaurant in Tremonton, Utah
Notice Mike's PLATTER of food.
We have leftovers for two more meals!

Soaking at Crystal Hot Springs in Honeyville, Utah

Sandman Motel - Tremonton, Utah

Mike said, "The only bad thing about this trip was having to come home." We had a great time!

North? You headed NORTH? At this time of year??

That's a Summer direction.

South is a Winter direction....

Who knew Lofthouse was a Utah thing? No wonder we love them!
I so wish your brother would have a bit of spontaneity.
